Purpose of the Privacy Statement
Carroll Cuisine UC and its subsidiaries (“Carroll’s”, “us” and “we”) respects your right to privacy in relation to your use of our website, official social media pages controlled by us and any other form of electronic communication which we use to communicate with you (together the “Sites”). This Privacy Statement sets out how we safeguard any information which you disclose to us or which may be collected by us via the Sites. Any personal information which you volunteer to Carroll Cuisine will be treated in accordance with this statement and the terms of all applicable laws which may be adopted in your country of residence from time to time.

THE INFORMATION WE NEED WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND HOW WE USE IT

When you order, we will require your name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment details. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is required so that we can contact you regarding when your delivery will be made. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this contact number to the individual making your delivery. On completion of your order, unless you advise us otherwise, a customer service representative may contact you via email or otherwise in relation to your order. All Privacy Policies are GDPR compliant.

When you register with us you can select whether you would like to be sent notification of special offers, promotions and other correspondence from us via email. If you would like to receive these notifications you must select the tick box on the registration page. If the box is unchecked you will not receive these notifications.
