Carroll’s Chicken Poke Bowl


Directions

Step 1

Wash & Cook your rice as per packet instructions.

Step 2

Steam your peas briefly if using frozen, then cool. Slice your cucumber, quarter the radishes, shred the cabbage, peel carrot into ribbons, and cut pineapple into chunks.

Step 3

Add rice as the base and arrange chicken, peas, pineapple, cucumber, cabbage, radish, and carrot ribbons in separate sections on top of the rice.

Step 4

Sprinkle with mixed seeds and sesame seeds for crunch.

Step 5

Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Drizzle over the bowl before serving.

Step 6

Serve Up & Enjoy!
