Ham, Tomato & Mushroom Omelette

A quick, protein-packed breakfast that’s full of flavour and perfect to kickstart your day! 💪🌞

Step 1

Dice the ham, slice the mushrooms, and chop the tomatoes.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a bit of butter or oil, and sauté the mushrooms and ham for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Add a bit more butter or oil to the pan and pour in the eggs. Let them cook for about 30 seconds, then gently stir the edges while tilting the pan so the uncooked egg flows to the sides.

Step 5

Once the eggs start to set but are still slightly runny on top, add the ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese (if using) on one half of the omelette.

Step 6

Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. Let it cook for another minute until fully set.

Step 7

Slide the omelette onto a plate, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy!
